However, GolfAhoy, Inc. and/or its agents accepts no responsibility for errors and/or omissions since we must rely upon information provided by the many third party cruise lines which we are agents for. Unless specifically noted, pictures and/or images are not intended to be a specific representation of a particular ship, location or event.


How much is my deposit and when is the final payment due?

A $450.00 per person deposit is required to secure a written and confirmed booking for 7 day cruises, $650.00 per person deposit for 10 night cruise packages. 20% OF TOTAL GOLF CRUISE PACKAGE FOR ALL OTHERS.

Final payment for your golf cruise is due 65 days prior to your scheduled departure date.

What does my price include?

The price of your cruise includes shipboard accommodations, ocean transportation, meals and entertainment aboard the vessel. All prices are per person, based on double occupancy of a stateroom and are quoted in US dollars. We reserve the right to increase prices without prior notice. If you have a written confirmation from us and have paid a deposit or if your have made final payment, your price is protected. Airport facility charges, departure taxes and other taxes/fees which are implemented by various governments and quasi-governmental agencies are assessed separately. Transfers or items of a personal nature, such as shore excursions, beverages, photographs, gratuities, medical services are not included unless specifically stated in your written reservation confirmation. ALL FARES SHOWN ARE MINIMUM CATEGORY UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED IN YOUR PRINTED GOLFAHOY.COM RESERVATION CONFIRMATION AND REFLECT APPLICABLE DISCOUNT. FARES MAY BE SUBJECT TO SEASONAL CHANGE AND AVAILABILITY.

If I have to cancel my cruise, will I receive a refund?

For a full refund, notice of cancellation must be in writing and received at GolfAhoy no later than 90 days prior to your sailing date. No refunds will be made in the event of "no shows" or interruption or cancellation by the guest after the start of the cruise. Golf course charges are refundable up to 65 days prior to your golf cruise departure. Cruise and air portions of your golf cruise are refundable up to 65 days prior to your golf cruise departure date. Thereafter, cruise line cancellation penalties apply, request a copy of cruise line cancellation penalties at time of booking from your GolfAhoy.com reservations representative.

Should I purchase holiday insurance?

We strongly recommend the purchase of holiday insurance as protection in the event of cancellation, unforeseen medical expenses, baggage loss, etc. Holiday insurance must be accepted or declined by you at the time your make your reservation and cannot be added later to your reservation record.

Do I need a passport?

All GolfAhoy.com passengers are now required to have valid passports. Please ensure that your passport expiration date does not occur during the time of your cruise. ALL TRAVEL DOCUMENTS SUCH AS PASSPORTS AND VISAS THAT ARE REQUIRED FOR ENTRY INTO THE UNITED STATES AND DISEMBARKATION AT THE VARIOUS PORTS OF CALL ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH PASSENGER. Please check with your country of citizenship's embassy or consulate to determine documentary requirements. YOU WILL BE DENIED BOARDING IF YOU FORGET YOUR PASSPORT

Are GolfAhoy.com charges refundable?

CRUISE TICKET CONTRACT: The transportation of passengers and baggage is governed by the Cruise Ticket Contract. Please read and understand your rights therein, including cancellation policy.

Within 65 days of your golf cruise departure date all golf tour charges
are non-refundable, with the following exceptions:

• Inclement weather that prevents golfers from reaching their golfing destination.
• Prevention of play by course management.

Under no circumstances will refunds be made after a golf tour has commenced. GolfAhoy nor it's subsidiaries can be held responsible or liable for any loss, damage, injury, costs or delays resulting from, or in connection with, independent tour operator services.

Do I get a Meet & Greet Service?

SUITS; CLAIMS; VENUE: All disputes and matters whatsoever arising out of or relating to, your cruise, including for personal injury, illness or death, shall be litigated by you individually, and not as a member of any class. If you choose to sue GolfAhoy.com, then such claim must be litigated by you before a court located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, to the exclusion of the courts of any other country, state, city or country. The limitations set forth herein shall also apply to and be for the benefit of any agents, franchisees, independent contractors, concessionaires and suppliers of GolfAhoy.com.

You agree that GolfAhoy.com will not be liable in any way for, and you release GolfAhoy.com from, any loss, death, injury, delay, or damage to person or property or disappointment arising from or in connection with such services. Any and all liability for such services will be governed by the terms and conditions of the Cruise Line Passage Contract and/or tariffs between you and such service companies.
