Our family of eight recently enjoyed the most unforgettable Hawaii Golf Cruise, and we owe it all to GolfAhoy—and especially to our exceptional Travel Advisor, Lori. Her dedication, meticulous planning, and personal care transformed our family reunion into a once-in-a-lifetime celebration. In fact, we’ve all agreed she should officially add “Event Planner” to her title!
From the moment we landed in Honolulu, every detail was seamless. Our GolfAhoy driver welcomed us at baggage claim with beautiful leis, then treated us to a mini sightseeing tour through downtown Honolulu and Waikiki Beach on the way to the Four Seasons Resort at Ko Olina. Every transfer throughout our journey was just as thoughtful and informative, each driver on the islands sharing local highlights that enriched the experience.
At the Four Seasons, we enjoyed two wonderful evenings at Mina’s Fish House. The menu offered something special for everyone—favorites included the Smoked Marlin, Crab, Lobster, and Filet Mignon—and the Piña Colada Shave Ice dessert was an absolute standout! Golf at Ko Olina was spectacular and conveniently located right next door.
Once aboard Pride of America, we were absolutely delighted with the four Penthouse Suites on Deck 10 that Lori secured for us. Our Butlers and Concierges provided exceptional service start to finish—so impressive that my husband and I agreed we’ll never again cruise without a suite and butler service!
While our group rated the onboard dining at a respectable 7.5 out of 10, we admit we’ve been spoiled by Regent Seven Seas and Cunard (both solid 10s!). As my husband would say, “You gets what you pays for.”
A special shout-out to Anthony at GolfAhoy for recommending the Scallops and Prawns at the Teppanyaki Restaurant—they were heavenly. Thanks to our Butler, all eight of us were seated together in Teppanyaki, and everyone in our group agreed the Scallops and Prawns deserved a 10.
Dining service in the Steakhouse, French Restaurant, and Main Dining Room was consistently polished and gracious.
The seven golf courses Lori arranged for us were each fantastic—punctual driver transfers, beautiful layouts, and an impressive variety of playing experiences.
Lori, thank you for your incredible patience, organization, and warm attention to every member of our family. You crafted a meaningful, memory-filled Hawaii golf cruise that far exceeded our imagination. Our reunion was truly unforgettable—and we can’t wait to plan our next GolfAhoy adventure with you.
