Our Hawaii golf cruise with GolfAhoy was far more than a vacation—it was the fulfillment of a lifelong dream and a truly unforgettable journey through the Hawaiian Islands.
GolfAhoy created an extraordinary itinerary that allowed us to experience some of the most spectacular and memorable golf courses in Hawaii. From Turtle Bay Palmer and Ko Olina courses on Oahu to Wailea Gold and Wailea Emerald on Maui, Mauna Kea on the Big Island on the beautiful Kohala Coast, to Poipu Bay, and Hōkūala Ocean Golf Course on Kauai, every round seemed more beautiful than the last.
Cruising the Hawaiian Islands aboard NCL’s Pride of America was the perfect way to experience Hawaii. Our Penthouse Suite was beautiful and comfortable, but it was the exceptional service that truly stood out. Having our own Butler elevated the experience to a level of luxury we will never forget. The specialty restaurants were wonderful, and we particularly enjoyed the steakhouse.
GolfAhoy’s private transportation made the entire golf experience effortless. Our drivers were consistently punctual, professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. They not only got us comfortably to each course and back to the ship but also enhanced our experience with fascinating local knowledge and commentary along the way. Fred, our driver on Maui, was an absolute favorite and became part of the experience we will always remember.
One of the best decisions we made was adding three nights at the Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina before boarding the cruise. The resort’s luxurious setting, combined with its proximity to Ko Olina Golf Club, was the perfect beginning to our Hawaiian adventure. What started as a seven-day golf cruise became a spectacular ten-day Hawaiian vacation—a decision that made perfect sense after traveling all the way from Orlando.
Looking back, it is difficult to choose a single favorite moment. The incredible golf courses, beautiful islands, luxury accommodations, wonderful dining, attentive service, and the ease with which GolfAhoy handled all the details came together to create something truly special.
Would we do it again? Absolutely—in a heartbeat!
